The Weekly Lottery

Fortuna, the lottery herald, stands in the town square selling lottery tickets at 1,000 gold each. Buy 1, 10, or 100 at a time from her menu (double-click her).

The drawing

• Held every Monday at midnight, universal time - the same weekly reset as the leaderboards.
• One winner is drawn, weighted by tickets held: 100 tickets means 100 entries in the hat.
• The winner takes half the pot, deposited straight into their bank whether they are online or not. The other half is the house's cut and leaves the realm for good.
• The winner is announced in game and on the Discord.

Her menu shows the live pot, your tickets and odds, the countdown to the next drawing, and last week's winner. Tickets only ever count for the week they were bought in; unspent luck does not carry over.
